1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement governing the use of the ace365 platform and all its services. By registering on ace365 or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted and agreed to these terms. This agreement applies between the authority operating ace365 and registered members.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All casino and betting activities on ace365 are strictly for users aged 21 and above. By registering, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. ace365 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any member at any time.
If it is confirmed that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and any balance or winnings in that account will be forfeited.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Deposits on ace365 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (from major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
- Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.
- ace365 reserves the right to cancel any deposit made from a third-party account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- KYC verification on the account must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- If the wagering requirements associated with an active bonus have not been met, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn.
- The withdrawal method is generally matched to the deposit method used.
- ace365 may request additional verification documents if needed, and withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ace365 offers members various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each offer. Receiving a bonus does not mean the funds can be withdrawn directly — bonus funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 on the bonus must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies once per member, household, address, or device.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless ace365 explicitly permits it.
- The validity period for using a bonus is set by ace365, and the bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
- ace365 may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
- If strategic betting or unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting bonus terms are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
6. Betting Rules
The following general rules apply across all sections for placing bets on ace365. Separate rules also apply for sports betting, live casino, and slots.
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ace365 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Activities
